The hotel is conveniently located near Ueno station, making it easy to access tourist attractions and explore central areas of the city. The subway station is also very close, providing excellent transportation options. Guests have praised the helpful and friendly staff as well as the ample amenities provided, such as the coffee machine and free toiletries in the lobby. Some rooms even feature double deck beds with headlamps and power sockets, and the bathrooms are compact but still include a bathtub for relaxation.
Some guests have mentioned that communication with the front desk staff, particularly in English, could be improved.

The hotel's location was perfect, close to Ueno Station and attractions like Ueno Park and museums. The staff at reception were dedicated and helpful, even accommodating my reservation changes. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. The laundry facilities were easily accessible and well-maintained, with information in English.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel in Ueno. The location was perfect, as it was just a short walk from the train station and right next to the bustling Ueno shopping district. This made it convenient for me to explore the city. there were numerous eating places nearby, so I never had to worry about finding a delicious meal. The cleanliness of the hotel was great, and the staff were pretty good too ensure my comfort. Their level of service was excellent, and they were able to communicate with me effectively in English. this hotel provided a great experience in terms of location, cleanliness, and staff.
